We are currently seeking part-time experienced Certified Nursing Assistants FOR WEEKEND and WEEKDAY cases in Gwinnett, DeKalb, Fulton, Cobb and North Atlanta.

For this position, a caregiver must:
Hiring for a variety of different shifts and locations.
Must have authorization to work in USA work visa or must be a resident/citizen of USA
Have a minimum of 3 or more years of personal care experience as a CNA with 3 professional and 3 personal recommendations
No tatoos and piercings
Hold a current GA CNA license, CPR and Basic First Aid certificates, and negative TB Test
Be able to use a Gait Belt & conduct transfers of the client (bed to chair and back)
Have a reliable car, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Good credit score (700+)
Pass Background check, no criminal record
Have a cell phone
Have access to the internet/email (optional)
Be able to read and write English

Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) must have successfully completed a Nurse Aide training and competency evaluation program pursuant to the requirements of 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart D, or successfully completed a competency examination for Nurse Aides recognized by the GA Department of Community Health or successfully completed a personal care credentialing program recognized by the department or a 40-hour training program provided by a private home care provider addressing ambulation and transfer of clients, including positioning; assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating; basic First Aid and CPR, caring for clients with special conditions and needs, home management, home safety and sanitation, infection control and medically related activities to include taking vital signs and proper nutrition. The PCA must complete orientation, maintain current credentials in the state of Georgia, have satisfactory initial and annual TB screening test, and must not ever abuse, neglect, assault, exploit or deprive or subject any person to serious injury as a result of grossly negligent misconduct.

Caregiver for Personal Care Home (Live-In/Group Home) - CNA
We provide 24/7 residential care services that allow individuals with disabilities to remain in a home setting and meet their challenges of daily living activities with dignity, care and compassion.
This ad is for a position caring for adults in a personal care home.
Shift(s) Available:
Weekdays (Monday 9:00 AM to Friday 9:00 AM)
Weekend (Friday 9:00 AM to Monday 9:00 AM)
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
Required Qualifications:
• Complete a criminal background check
• CPR/First Aid
• Physical/TB Testing
• Own Vehicle
• DMV check

• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Assistance with Medication

Experience

Responsibilities
• Builds strong relationships with other caregivers and clients/families.
• Maintain accurate records of daily tasks in compliance with policy and procedure and the Service Plan.
• Maintain communication with supervisor and report emergency or problem situations immediately.
Care Coordinator/Office Administrator (North Georgia)
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Care Coordinator working in the Home Care, Home Health Care or Hospice Industry. The Care Coordinator has the primary responsibility for managing the day to day operation of coordinating the direct care and support needed to our Clients. Duties include, but are not limited to, personnel management of the Caregiver Staff in assigning cases/shifts, maintaining the daily and weekly and monthly scheduling. Responsible for hiring and firing of Caregiver personnel. Monitor and issue monthly In-Service training to the Caregivers. Must be available for call rotation during weeknights and weekends.
The Care Coordinator will be responsible for documenting all activity in our web based scheduling system, answering phone calls, speaking with potential client's about the services we provide, scheduling initial nursing assessments and following up with new client's after service begins. Responsible for hiring and orientation of new caregivers, maintaining personnel and client files to State and company standards. Responsible for preparing and maintaining Orientation Packets for New Hire Caregivers. Responsible for preparing and maintaining New Client Assessment Packets. Responsible for collecting, reviewing all time sheets/care note sheets from Caregivers and invoicing/billing through Quickbooks.

10. Must be computer literate. Must know how to use Word, Excel and Outlook as well as be able to learn and master the scheduling system.

Current GA RN license or LPN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience for LPN, 2+years for RN, TB test result or Chest X-Ray, CPR & First Aid, valid GA Driver's license, able to pass Cogent (FBI) background check, official transcript of diplomas or degrees, copy of auto insurance and Social Security Card
Must be compassionate, dependable, organized, outgoing, good attitude, excellent nursing skills, good computer skills, and a team player. Experience with Gtube Feeding for LPNs. Experience working with Developmental and Learning Disabilities Individual
